Carroll University Group Visit Request

Thank you for your interest in visiting Carroll University! Please fill out the form below. While requests are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note the following:

Group visits are not available from September 16th - November 15th.
Group visits are offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting at 10am.
We do not offer visits to groups younger than 9th grade.
Chaperones must remain with the tour group at all times, thus we require 1 chaperone per 10 students.
We can accommodate a maximum of 60 students.
If your plans change, and your group can no longer attend your visit, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. We are happy to reschedule your group!

We reserve the right to cancel a visit at any point if our University Ethos are not being met.

45-minute Admission/Financial Aid presentation
45-minute general campus tour

Our Office of Admission will review your request and contact you within 5-10 business days. If the day or time you selected is unavailable, we will reach out to schedule your visit for another day. Once your visit is confirmed, we will provide your group with an individualized schedule and bus/parking instructions. Please check your spam/junk folder for email confirmation.
